If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time.
We only accept the return of products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number by email email@example.com
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

All returns must be shipped back to Borbone Hair Care using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, Austrian Post)
Any package that has not been received by Borbone Hair Care and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return
If your package is returned to Borbone Hair Care marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a 7 euro (Austria) and 15 euro (Europe) for re-shipping fee.
